About the role
Responsible to oversee the execution and planning of projects with managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and budget, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards and manage resources. Requirements and skills• Work in close coordination with the Site Team under supervision of the Head of Organization & Oversee the Work of Vendors to Achieve Best Quality.
What you'll do
- Responsible to oversee the execution and planning of projects with managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members
- Close Coordination with all vendors, attending to All the Problems that arise during Construction
- Prepare plans with detailed drawings that include project specifications and cost estimates
- Ensure projects are completed on-time and within the specified budget
- Ensuring that Safety Measures are not Compromised by Vendors, Labours during work
