Senior HR role at JK Cement. Needs 5+ years and a B.Com.
About the role
Validate & process the input / output in line with policy & process guidelines Input consolidation, data entry in system. Pre-process checking, payroll process & post-process check. Check all statutory compliance deductions, finalize the payroll. Prepare Bank advice as per agreed format. Ensure 100% accuracy & on time salary credit to employees.
What you'll do
- Handle PMP data, system configurations and other data
- Monitor the Income Tax Proof activity, mass upload of IT Proofs in SAP
- Sign the Bank Letter / Bank Advice, if required
- Troubleshoot process related errors, JV errors etc
- Assist in Identification of process improvement area, drive the idea to closure
