We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our Steel Detailing Operations Team in Bangalore.
What you'll do
- Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
- Support the planning and implementation of operational procedures, processes, and policies
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of project teams and staff
- Assist in reviewing staffing requirements and allocating available resources to different phases of new steel projects
- Monitor project progress, workflow, manpower utilization, and team productivity
