About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Editor to join our Steel Detailing team.
What you'll do
- Create and edit erection drawings to be used by the Erector to assemble the steel structure
- Create and edit shop drawings to be used by the steel fabricator to assemble the steel members
- Review and interpret project and client specifications, standards, and requirements to ensure compliance throughout the detailing process
- Review connection design drawings for weld requirements
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior editors to support skill development and quality improvement
