Accounts Receivable Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to support provider credentialing and enrollment processes within the US healthcare revenue cycle. In this role, you will manage credentialing applications and maintain accurate provider records with insurance payers.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes with insurance companies
• Maintain and update provider information in internal systems and payer portals
• Verify essential provider credentials and documentation, including NPI, CAQH, state licenses, DEA registration, and malpractice insurance
• Monitor credentialing applications and follow up with insurance payers to track approval progress
• Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to investigate and resolve claim denials or payment issues resulting from credentialing delays
