Advisor, Voice Services Product Owner

About the role

As a Voice Services Product Owner, you will shape the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of a critical telecommunications platform supporting voice and local connectivity services. You will bridge business needs, customer expectations, and technical capabilities to deliver innovative and reliable solutions.

What you'll do

• Own and maintain the Voice Services platform strategy, product roadmap, backlog, and enhancement priorities
• Define and prioritize platform requirements based on customer needs, operational insights, regulatory requirements, market trends, and business objectives
• Champion product initiatives across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, aligning priorities, scope, timelines, and expected outcomes
• Collaborate with customers, Operations, Engineering, Service Delivery, Product Management, and other stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, platform capabilities, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
