Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Citrix Architect to provide technical leadership and drive the design, optimization, and evolution of enterprise virtualization environments. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end Citrix architecture across on-premises, cloud, hybrid, and multi-site disaster recovery infrastructures.

What you'll do

• Citrix Architecture and Design: Design, document, and maintain comprehensive Citrix virtualization architectures covering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)
• Develop high-level and low-level designs, reference architectures, technical standards, and implementation guides
• Infrastructure Capacity and Scalability: Define capacity planning, infrastructure sizing, scalability, and high-availability strategies for Delivery Controllers
• Ensure architecture decisions support performance, resilience, and business continuity
• Advanced Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier 3 and final technical escalation point for complex, high-severity Citrix incidents
