Business Innovation Manager – AI, MarTech & Digital Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a curious and hands-on Business Innovation Manager to turn emerging technologies into practical business solutions. In this role, you will explore the latest developments in AI, MarTech, automation, and digital marketing. You will work closely with the Director of Business Innovation and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, experiment with new technologies, and develop innovative solutions.

What you'll do

• Monitor emerging AI applications, APIs, platforms, automation technologies, and digital marketing developments to identify opportunities with tangible business value
• Develop prototypes, tools, automations, and workflows, taking projects from initial concepts through implementation and production
• Build solutions across AI, data, search, media, content, analytics, and other marketing technology areas
• Maintain and enhance existing tools and applications, improving their stability, scalability, and performance
• Collaborate with Search, Media, Data, Strategy, and other teams to understand operational challenges and translate them into technical solutions
