About the role
As a CAM Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and manufacturability of printed circuit board (PCB) designs. You will work within an international engineering team, supporting global customers and manufacturing partners throughout the PCB production process. Your responsibilities will include reviewing Gerber data, preparing manufacturing documentation, and coordinating engineering changes.
What you'll do
- Review and validate Gerber data for new PCB orders, ensuring accuracy and readiness for manufacturing
- Prepare panel drawings, SMT files, and other technical documentation required for PCB production
- Review and coordinate factory Engineering Questions (EQs), communicating with customers when necessary and providing timely responses to manufacturing partners
- Prepare, manage, and follow up on Engineering Change Notice (ECN) documentation to ensure accurate implementation of design and manufacturing updates
- Prepare transfer order materials and coordinate the necessary technical information for production transfers
