- Monitor market trends, conduct competitive research, and identify evolving customer needs to guide current and future offerings
- Identify opportunities for new product and service development, as well as enhancements to existing solutions
- Evaluate new concepts, assess their feasibility, and define product specifications and development requirements
- Manage product lifecycle strategies and roadmaps, overseeing continuous evolution, feature enhancements, and product retirement where appropriate
