Customer Support Executive

About the role

As a Customer Support Executive specializing in Part Truckload (PTL) operations, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth logistics coordination and delivering an excellent customer experience. You will support end-to-end shipment operations, helping coordinate transporters, clients, dispatch schedules, and cargo movements.

What you'll do

• Shipment & Transport Management: Coordinate with transporters and clients to organize dispatch schedules, arrange vehicle placements, monitor cargo movements
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, regular follow-ups
• Customer Query & Escalation Management: Handle customer concerns, operational complaints, and service escalations efficiently
• Team Coordination & Supervision: Coordinate with the PTL operations team, allocate responsibilities, monitor performance
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable safety procedures and regulatory requirements during vehicle loading, unloading, transportation
