Engineering Manager, Growth

About the role

As Engineering Manager, Growth, you will lead engineering initiatives across product and marketing experiences, helping drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention. You will guide a team of engineers while remaining closely involved in technical decisions, product details, and the quality of customer-facing experiences.

What you'll do

• Coach and support engineers through regular feedback, career development conversations, and guidance on professional growth
• Help engineers strengthen their skills, take ownership of their work, and address performance or development challenges
• Shape engineering priorities in partnership with Product, Design, and Marketing, bringing a clear technical perspective grounded in customer needs and data
• Guide the development of clear, accessible, responsive, and intuitive customer experiences across product and marketing surfaces
• Help the team determine when to refine existing solutions and when to release, gather feedback, and learn through experimentation

What you need

• Prototyping
