About the role
You will provide engineering repair dispositions, assess complex overhaul issues, and develop technical solutions that support product reliability and safety. Working closely with customers, maintenance organizations, and multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will help ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project execution.
What you'll do
- As a Lead Engineer, you will oversee engineering deliverables and provide technical support for in-service mechanical and landing gear components
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve engineering challenges while maintaining quality, compliance, and delivery standards
- Ensure engineering deliverables meet expected quality standards and are completed on time
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with customers and relevant departments to ensure successful completion of assigned engineering tasks
