About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Product Engineer who combines product thinking, technical execution, and a strong customer-first mindset to turn real problems into impactful software solutions. In this role, you will own the entire product development cycle, from speaking directly with users and identifying opportunities to building, deploying, and measuring solutions in production.
What you'll do
- Customer Discovery and Problem Identification: Speak with users regularly to understand their challenges, gather feedback, analyze support conversations
- Identify the most valuable problems to solve and determine the simplest effective solutions
- End-to-End Product Development: Take ownership of the complete development lifecycle, from defining requirements and scoping solutions to building, testing, deploying
- Quality Assurance and Code Review: Validate AI-generated code, review every change, identify potential weaknesses, test assumptions
- Deployment and Release Management: Ship product improvements to real customers
