About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Product Owner to take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey across a portfolio of consumer-facing products. You will identify opportunities to improve the experience of a large user base, remove friction throughout the customer funnel, and translate insights into measurable business growth.
What you'll do
- Own the customer journey end-to-end, from initial registration to meaningful long-term user interactions
- Identify friction points, user pain points, and growth opportunities across the customer funnel
- Independently explore product analytics using AI-powered tools, including querying BigQuery through MCP, to uncover insights and validate assumptions
- Translate analytical findings into clear, evidence-based product hypotheses and actionable opportunities
- Write concise product briefs and drive initiatives through specifications, prototyping, development, and release
