About the role
As a Python Backend Engineer, you will help build an AI-native cybersecurity platform that enables organizations to deploy, operate, and manage fleets of intelligent AI agents. You will design and develop scalable backend systems supporting security detection, investigation, and AI-assisted resolution.
What you'll do
- Build and develop the Agent Control Plane, enabling customers to deploy, operate, and manage their own fleets of AI agents
- Design, develop, and maintain Python backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask to support security detection, investigation, and AI-assisted resolution
- Develop the AI agent layer, including tool-calling capabilities, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations
- Design, model, and query large-scale security datasets using ClickHouse while ensuring strict tenant isolation
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects, from understanding customer challenges and defining technical solutions to implementation and delivery
