About the role

As a Senior Analyst - Scheme Events, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and efficient pension administration services. You will manage large datasets, support periodic pension scheme activities, and coordinate the preparation and distribution of member communications. The role involves taking ownership of end-to-end client delivery while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Analyse large volumes of data and perform tasks required for periodic pension scheme management activities
• Prepare and coordinate the issuance of member communications
• Manage the end-to-end delivery process, from initial client discussions through final delivery and follow-up
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are understood and fulfilled
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and maintaining high levels of satisfaction
