About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize enterprise billing applications and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes within a global technology environment. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into scalable system solutions.
What you'll do
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clear and actionable system solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert for applications and processes supporting billing and the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including quoting, ordering
- Develop and maintain in-depth functional knowledge of Salesforce, Expedite Commerce, and related applications and integrations within the commercial and billing ecosystem
- Analyze complex business processes, system interactions, data flows, and integration points to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and solution-design workshops with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Product, Sales Operations, and Technology
