About the role
You will identify process gaps, recommend automation opportunities, and help deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. Working across both business and technical teams, you will support solution design, development, testing, and implementation. You will also contribute to stakeholder alignment, mentor fellow analysts, and promote continuous improvement through structured analysis and data-driven insights.
What you'll do
- Lead stakeholder workshops to understand business needs, identify challenges, and translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, epics
- Map current-state and future-state business processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend workflow optimization and automation opportunities
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to assess system capabilities, explore integration opportunities
- Manage requirements traceability and support development and testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate defect resolution, and help ensure solutions meet business requirements before release
