About the role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and delivering modern enterprise software solutions from initial concept through production. You will work across the full technology stack, combining Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript to build scalable, reliable, and user-focused applications.
What you'll do
- End-to-End Software Development: Lead initiatives from initial problem definition and technical design through implementation, production deployment, and ongoing support
- API Architecture and Development: Design and implement robust Java APIs that support application functionality, external integrations, and future AI-agent capabilities
- Technical Planning and Collaboration: Partner with Product and Design teams to define project scope, timelines, priorities
- Code Quality and Maintainability: Improve existing codebases through refactoring, better architecture, increased test coverage, and sustainable engineering practices
- Production Support and Reliability: Participate in on-call rotations, investigate production incidents, contribute to postmortems
