Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst(BA)

About the role

In this role, you will translate complex business needs into effective Salesforce solutions that support client relationship management, proposal development, and contract lifecycle processes. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, designing functional solutions, and ensuring successful implementation across business teams.

What you'll do

• Lead requirements-gathering activities through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and business discussions to identify and document functional needs
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional specifications for technical teams
• Create and maintain Visio process flows documenting existing workflows, proposed changes, and Salesforce functionality
• Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and operational requirements
• Evaluate Salesforce features, declarative capabilities, and third-party applications to recommend solutions that improve business processes
