Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst(QA)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to strengthen the quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of business-critical Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will combine quality assurance, business analysis, and Salesforce configuration expertise to ensure enhancements meet business needs and perform as expected.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce enhancements, managed packages, and connected enterprise solutions
• Perform system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing, including smoke testing during weekend sprint releases scheduled every three weeks
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into user stories, and create process flows using Microsoft Visio
• Administer Salesforce declarative configurations to support sprint deliverables and resolve production issues, including Flows, approval processes, validation rules
• Translate business requirements into effective test scenarios, identify and document defects, track them throughout the testing lifecycle
