Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Software Engineer to design, architect, and deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions within a dynamic IT services environment. In this role, you will work on complex distributed systems, modern database architectures, microservices, and AI-powered applications.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable database solutions using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server, ensuring data integrity, availability, and efficient query performance
• Architect and implement distributed computing systems with a strong focus on scalability, high availability, fault tolerance, and efficient resource utilization
• Lead performance optimization initiatives, identify system bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance application responsiveness and reliability
• Establish and maintain comprehensive observability frameworks to monitor system health, track performance metrics, and proactively identify potential issues
• Manage source control processes and development workflows using Git, ensuring effective collaboration, code management, and version tracking
