About the role
In this senior, customer-facing role, you will lead the technical delivery of privileged access management (PAM) implementations using a cloud-based security platform. You will guide projects from initial discovery and solution design through configuration, integration, testing, and operational handoff.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into practical solution designs, deployment plans, and delivery estimates
- Own technical workstreams throughout implementation, integration, testing, issue resolution, documentation, and operational handoff
- Design and configure core Privilege Cloud capabilities, including safes, accounts, platforms, access controls, password rotation and reconciliation policies
- Lead the deployment and troubleshooting of platform connectors and related components, including CPM, PSM, and SSH-based access
- Plan and oversee the onboarding of privileged accounts across Windows, Linux/Unix, directory services, databases, network devices, and business applications
