We are seeking an experienced Senior Techno-Functional Lead to drive complex technology programs and align technical solutions with strategic business objectives. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee end-to-end program delivery, translating business requirements into scalable architectures and effective system integrations.
What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, timelines, and delivery expectations
- Facilitate the development and analysis of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
- Conduct comprehensive fit-gap analyses to identify business needs, solution gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Architect and oversee system integration initiatives, including data mapping, API development, and web services implementation
- Manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for technical and functional discussions
