As a ServiceNow Solution Architect specializing in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of innovative enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. What you'll do

- Define and oversee technical architecture and solution designs for complex professional services projects, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices
- Provide architectural guidance, technical blueprints, and implementation requirements to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead customer workshops and facilitate discussions to understand business needs, capture requirements, and define appropriate technical solutions
- Collaborate with delivery management teams to develop project plans, ensuring solutions meet customer expectations, budget constraints, and delivery timelines
