Solutions Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a customer-focused Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between business needs, creative services, and innovative technology solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with sales, account management, product, and engineering teams to understand client challenges and design tailored solutions that deliver measurable value.

What you'll do

• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers during client discovery calls to understand business challenges, technical requirements, existing systems
• Identify the most appropriate solutions for each client, determining whether their needs are best addressed through creative services, technology systems
• Design tailored solution architectures that align customer requirements with available products, services, technical capabilities, and AI tooling partners
• Define the technical and operational scope of proposed solutions, including project requirements, pricing, and commercial proposals for systems-related opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering and creative studio teams to validate solution feasibility, estimate delivery requirements, and ensure proposals are technically sound
