Sr. Manager, Learning Design & Analytics

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead and evolve a team of learning design professionals responsible for creating impactful, scalable digital learning experiences. In this strategic leadership role, you will establish learning design standards, strengthen operational processes, and ensure educational content meets high pedagogical standards.

What you'll do

• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for the Learning Design team
• Lead, recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of learning designers, establishing clear goals, expectations, and accountability
• Define and implement learning design standards, workflows, and best practices that promote consistency, efficiency, scalability, and pedagogical excellence
• Establish strategic priorities and team objectives aligned with broader organizational goals and learner impact
• Collaborate with Teaching & Learning, Partner Enablement, Product, Content Optimization, and other global teams to coordinate initiatives and improve learning experiences
