Sr. Product Manager - Conversations

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the evolution of a unified, multi-channel conversations platform serving businesses worldwide. You will own a product area end to end, from customer discovery and strategic planning to launch and continuous optimization. Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams, you will translate customer insights into impactful product experiences.

What you'll do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes for a defined area of the Conversations product, ensuring alignment with the broader product portfolio
• Conduct 4–6 agency customer calls per week to uncover underlying needs, validate problems, and understand customer workflows
• Analyze customer interviews, support tickets, and feedback to identify recurring pain points, define jobs to be done, and quantify opportunities
• Translate customer problems into existing, enhanced, or new product capabilities, developing clear and testable hypotheses
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and validate concepts with customers and internal stakeholders before engineering implementation
