- Drive technical design across frontend and backend systems, making pragmatic architecture decisions that support product goals
- Remain hands-on in development and personally deliver critical components of the product
- Build and launch new product features and experiences end-to-end
- Improve engineering quality through code reviews, reusable patterns, testing practices, and development standards
