About the role
We are looking for a proactive and methodical Quality Assurance Manager to lead the quality function, drive a zero-defect culture, manage audits, and maintain compliance with global quality standards for a leading fasteners manufacturing company.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of inspectors across incoming, in-process, and final stages
- Drive near-zero rejection and rework through preventive quality systems
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA
- Manage customer and third-party audits with full audit readiness
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, OHSAS, and EHS standards
