About the role
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to manage and strengthen Olyv’s regulatory compliance framework and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies. The role will be responsible for monitoring regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating compliance risks, implementing policies and controls, coordinating audits and regulatory inspections, and ensuring timely compliance reporting.
What you'll do
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable RBI, SEBI, Companies Act, AML/KYC, and other regulatory requirements relevant to the organization
- Track regulatory circulars, notifications, guidelines, and regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations
- Develop, review, update, and implement compliance policies, frameworks, SOPs, and internal controls
- Conduct periodic Compliance Risk Assessments to identify regulatory and operational compliance risks
- Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans for identified compliance gaps
