Field Executive - Collections

About the role

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Field Collection Executives to manage overdue payment recoveries through field visits. The ideal candidate should have experience in field collections or recovery, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle customers professionally while adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines.

What you'll do

• Conduct field visits to customers for the collection of overdue payments
• Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues through regular follow-ups and customer interactions
• Communicate with customers regarding pending payments and repayment options
• Negotiate with customers to facilitate payment resolution and improve recovery rates
• Maintain accurate daily reports, collection records, and case status updates
