About the role
We're looking for a Product Manager who is analytical, curious, and user-obsessed. You'll own a product area end to end, work with engineering, design, and business teams, ground decisions in data, and ship products that move key metrics. You'll be especially strong at diagnosing what's happening in the product and why.
What you'll do
- Build and own the product strategy and roadmap for your area: set the vision, identify growth opportunities, and align the roadmap with business goals
- Define success metrics and North Star metrics, build dashboards, and track funnels, retention, and adoption
- Run root cause analyses (RCA) on metric movements, drop-offs, and user issues, and turn findings into clear action items
- Use design thinking to frame problems, conduct user interviews, map journeys, and validate ideas before building
- Prioritize the backlog and make trade-offs between impact, effort, and risk
