What you'll do
- Partner with the Growth/Marketing team to implement retention strategies across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, retention
- Work with cross-functional teams (content, design, growth, analytics, risk, product, tech, telesales) to ensure seamless execution
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to analyze user personas and identify opportunities to enhance user journeys
- Implement and execute retention marketing journeys in alignment with the department's strategies
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns while continuously optimizing for performance and engagement
