Driving the SDOFR promises across the respective regions. This will entail analysis of the SDOFR trends, identification of improvement action plans and the implementation of the same. Analysis of coverage and stocks at depo level and expedite supplies from plant and TL to depots Regular monitoring of service levels against KPIs and act on the same
What you'll do
- People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports): Coordinate with OBL, TL operations, plant admin , sales team
- Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide): Service to sales depots of North regions
- Corporate Coverage (Company-wide / Business Unit or Function-wide / Sub-function-wide / Other): Servicing to sales depots of North regions
