Looking for dynamic and persuasive Inside Sales Executives to join our Assisted Buying Team. This role plays a crucial part in reviving and converting leads who have shown interest in our platform but haven’t completed their purchase journey.
What you'll do
- Engage with potential customers who have: Added items to cart but not completed the purchase
- Browsed products but did not make any transaction
- Registered on the platform without transacting
- Received cashback or promotional credits in their accounts, etc
- Have connected via Call, Chat, WhatsApp or website enquiries
