What you'll do
- Utilize the Supplier Change Notice (SCN) tool to manage vendor onboarding processes for both new and reactivated vendors, as well as existing vendors undergoing review
- Perform risk assessments on vendors using the Moody's Catalyst tool, analyzing results to determine risk levels (Green, Amber, Red)
- Communicate risk assessment findings to the GP team via the SCN tool, highlighting any vendors requiring further assessment or rejection
- Collaborate with various teams as required to facilitate exceptional risk assessments for vendors flagged as Amber or Red
- Follow up with GP to ensure closure of action items for all rejected vendors, maintaining accurate records and documentation
