What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and safety standards, including local regulations in New Delhi
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
- Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing pharmaceutical products
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures for medication storage and handling
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns professionally
