About the role

Is the first point of contact for Projects programmes/projects to ensure smooth coordination and communication with partners, programmes and projects. Solicit partner feedback to improve support. Initiate and support development of innovative projects/ programmes Co-ordinate and provide reports as required on projects for internal and external stakeholders including Donors.

What you'll do

• Identify needs and support the Line Manager to organise training and capacity building for CBM India partners and programmes
• Ensure adherence to CBM standards, guidelines and deadlines
• Plan, initiate and develop multi-year/annual plans and special initiatives, and monitor and report the implementation
• Plan and coordinate financial reviews/ assessment of partners in consulting with the related teams and departments and other stake
• Support development of inclusive programmes in coordination with partners and country office teams
