About the role

This role ensures excellent administrative execution for seamless commercial operations. You’ll be the operational backbone of the sales function—enabling efficient transaction handling, accurate incentives, and streamlined reporting so the team can focus on growth and customer engagement.

What you'll do

• Support sales operations by handling CRM/SAP-related tasks (order processing, SKU updates, territory changes)
• Verify and ratify sales transactions accurately and timely, correcting system errors
• Generate and share sales performance reports—volume, value, budget vs actuals
• Prepare precise quarterly and annual incentive calculations; liaise with payroll for payouts
• Assist commercial leads in vendor invoice processing and logistics coordination
