What you'll do
- Contribute to device technology development of state-of-the-art NAND Array characterization
- Perform electrical characterization of NAND cell arrays and test structures to identify device improvement directions
- Trim and waveform/algorithm engineering in order to improve cell threshold voltage placement, performance and reliability
- Utilize automation to improve efficiency of NAND Array characteristics data collection
- Create and develop repository of scripts or subroutines for seamless enabling of experimental characterization of NAND array on various developmental NAND testers
