We're looking for a proactive and experienced Factory Incharge to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at our production facility. What you'll do
- Plan and execute daily production across extrusion, printing, cutting, and sealing machines
- Monitor production output, rejection rates, machine efficiency, and downtime
- Supervise machine operators and helpers while maintaining discipline on the shop floor
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution
- Ensure consistent product quality across film production, printing, and sealing operations
