About the role
As the General Manager of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our organization's Loco Leasing, Railway Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and Railway Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Works business lines.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement the business development strategy for Loco Leasing, Railway O&M, and Railway EPC Works in alignment with the company's overall objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including identifying potential clients, conducting market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including railway authorities, government agencies, contractors, consultants, and industry partners
- Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients, highlighting the organization's capabilities, value proposition
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
