About the role
As the HR Head for the rail division, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring the development and implementation of effective HR policies, procedures, and programs. You will collaborate with the senior management team to align HR initiatives with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's overall objectives
- Partner with business leaders to understand their talent requirements and provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, recruitment, and retention
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
