What you'll do
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
- Monitor performance standards across all departments and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Manage the recruitment, training, and performance of staff to meet the hotel's service standards
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize processes, improve service delivery, and ensure adherence to budgets
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive financial performance, guest engagement, and team productivity
