- Prepare and recommend targeted preparation materials, ensuring alignment with the types of questions and scenarios commonly encountered in interviews
- Stay updated with industry standards and emerging trends to continually enhance the training program's effectiveness
- Need to train the users according to the company requirements to get them placed
