What you'll do
- Engineering drawing knowledge & study
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner
- Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs & labor required
- Diagnosing problems in production & providing recommendations & training
- Establishing safety procedures & protocols that take the worker’s wellbeing into account & that also minimize the carbon footprint
