About the role
As a Digital Workplace Engineer, you will help operate, support and continuously improve our Microsoft 365 Digital Workplace while contributing to the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered ways of working. You will combine hands-on operational support with automation, documentation, knowledge sharing and user enablement.
What you'll do
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, primarily SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and related Digital Workplace technologies such as InEight
- Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests and standard changes using structured IT service-management practices
- Contribute to the administration, support and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat and related AI capabilities
- Create, configure and support Copilot agents using Agent Builder and, where appropriate, other Microsoft Copilot technologies
- Use scripting, automation and available platform capabilities to simplify repeatable operational activities
