What you'll do
- Plan, schedule, and execute fabrication operations to meet delivery deadlines and company targets
- Preparation of Raw material Summery for procurement of various Mfg. components (Fabricated components). Time estimation for fabrication activities
- Develop, review, and maintain Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) in accordance with industry codes like ASME Section IX. Manage Welder Performance
- Implement and maintain Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices to minimize rework and increase shop efficiency
- Enforce quality control procedures and rigorous workplace safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local HSE)
